D & L Development, Inc. was formed for the purpose of providing quality

Pleasant not only has three condominium communities, but will also incorporate single family condo cottages and a first class club house which will open this June. The new SunnyBrook Assisted Living facility is now open in Ashford Park. We plan to break ground this Spring on our newest project in Sigourney, Iowa.
